王溥，中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院创新研究员，可持续发展战略研究所学术所长，国科大公共政策与管理学院自然资源管理与可持续发展系副系主任。于2014年获康奈尔大学博士学位，2015-2017年在哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院做博士后研究。研究领域为气候变化与能源政策，目前研究工作主要从两个方面开展。第一方面是研究应对气候变化与环境问题的协同治理，通过将气候政策与污染物减排政策进行有机结合，用外部成本评估机制实现协同治理。第二个方面是研究“碳中和”与“美丽中国”总体目标下，我国重点行业减污降碳的实现路径与治理措施。通过构建综合评估模型，实现对我国宏观经济发展趋势与重点部门碳中和路径的定量情景分析，提出我国实现“双碳”目标的战略部署与政策建议。主持或参与国家自然科学基金、中国科学院、生态环境部等部门支持的多项科研项目，以第一、通讯作者在Nature Communications、Global Environmental Change等知名学术期刊上发表多篇SCI/SSCI论文。以第一或共同作者撰写英文专著两部、中文专著三部，分别由Cambridge University Press、Springer出版社、科学出版社等机构出版。撰写多篇咨询报告和政策建议，向中央办公厅、生态环境部、国家发改委等主管部门提交，获得成果采纳证明和领导批示。
